The course is focused on obtaining a basic overview of business law. It encompasses in particular the conditions and framework of business, the characteristics of an industrial enterprise, an entrepreneur, and the basic terms associated with it. |

3. Organizational and legal forms of business.
5. Establishment and termination of a business company.
4. Trade business.
5. Business companies - Open Company, Limited Partnership.
6. Trading companies - Joint-Stock Company, Limited Liability Company.
7. Trading companies - European Economic Interest Grouping and European Joint Stock Company.
8. Nature and objectives of economics of industrial enterprises.
9. Typology of enterprises.
10. Life cycle of an industrial enterprise.
