| Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |

The objective of the course: to acquaint students with the basics of Health and Safety issues and specific technology of the company in which they undergo an internship.
Acquired knowledge: orientation in health and safety issues, basic orientation in specific production technology.
Acquired skills: responsibility, understanding of the job position performed within the internship

| What is an internship? HSE. Risk management and management (identification and evaluation of risks, categorization). Technical and organizational requirements for the work environment, work organization and workflows. Staff training. Providing personal protective equipment, washing, cleaning and disinfectants, and protective drinks. Prohibited works and workplaces (generally prohibited work and work and workplaces prohibited to certain groups of employees). Safety of technical equipment (reserved, ie electric, gas, pressure, and lifting, but also others). Occupational hygiene, occupational medical services (workplace inspections, health check-ups of employees, etc.). Safety signs and signals, Solving occupational injuries and occupational diseases. Fire protection. Specific requirements of companies (work with biological material, work with poisons, etc.) |
