Summary
The subject deals with aspects of operation, management and economics of air transport. It deals with the possibilities of air transport and the characteristics of the air carrier's activities. It is dedicated to the area of transport services in air transport, air transport of passengers and goods. The practical part is devoted to the solution of the semester work. The aim of this semester work is to develop a case study of a selected airline.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the position and role of air transport in the Czech Republic. The student is familiar with the fundamental elements of the aviation transport system and with international civil aviation organizations. By completing the course, students will acquire the fundamental competences needed to orient themselves in the field of operational - economic aspects of air transport of passengers and goods.
