Summary |
---|
The course aims to instill in students the principles and skills necessary for effective work in teams. The course was created as a response to the needs of industry, where team work is a common and often essential part of the workload of university-educated workers. Students will learn the principles of operation and organization of work in teams, with appropriate support facilities, incentive and control mechanisms, etc. At the same time course prepares students for work in student teams to address the team's final work.
The course is strongly recommended to all those interested in the MA program who flirts with the idea to participate in my dissertation project team to address. |
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |

The goal is to teach students team approach to solving technical challenges. Graduates of the course is to teach practical examples:
- define the structure of the team,
- organize work in teams,
- Effectively communicate among team members,
- motivate and monitor team members,
- Use the software technical means of communication and teamwork organization.
Simultaneously, students learn the principles of operations and support teams of students from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technical University of Ostrava in the solutions team theses. |

4. Financial planning and human resources.
5. Management and project implementation - start of implementation, the structure of the team - techniques and procedures
6. Management and project implementation - control mechanisms (monitoring), and Completion of the evaluation - techniques and procedures
7. Team approach to projects - to build a team, team roles and responsibilities, team structure
8. Motivation of The project team - teambuilding
9. Project documentation - meaning, means, methods (PDM systems)
10. Communications Team - Effective management of technical meetings
11. Introduction to assertiveness
12. Technical presentation - preparation of presentation of results - tools and techniques
