Summary
The course is based on module 021 - Airframes and systems. The content is focused on the knowledge of airliner systems. Knowledge of the design of individual systems of civil transport aircraft is essential for the safety of air traffic.
The student will acquire competencies in the field of individual construction systems of civil transport aircraft to the extent that allows him to pass the ATPL exams at the Office for Civil Aviation in Prague.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The student will acquire competencies in the field of individual construction systems of civil transport aircraft to the extent that allows him to pass the ATPL exams at the Office for Civil Aviation in Prague.

1st Aircraft Division - Historical development of aircraft structures.
2nd Basic components of aircraft and their functions.
3rd The materials used in aircraft construction.
4th Technological processes used in aircraft construction.
5th Aircraft fuselages.
6th The windows of the cockpit and passenger cabin.
7th Construction of the wings.
8th Design of stabilizing surfaces.
9th Landing gear and engine installation.
10th Flight Controls - cover and turnover times.
11th Specifics of construction of supersonic aircraft.
12th Actions on structures.
13th Tests zalétávání and certification of aircraft.
14th Trends in aircraft structures.
