Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |
---|
Evaluate the current state of a submission production system. Formulate Of submission for the creation of a modernized production systemby the use of robotics. Design a new state of the system by using industrial robots. Construct of components robotized technological workplace. Plan a gradual realization of the designed system.

1. Introduction to the design of robotic technology systems.
2. Projection of manufacturing systems - basic concepts, material flows, critical path, etc..
3. Design RTW and production group with PRAM.
4.Analysis of workplaces for robotics. The criteria for selection of IR and manipulators.
5. Project documentation, economic relations, regulations, standards.
Economics analysis of RTW.
6. Safety, hygiene and ergonomics of workplaces with IR. Reliability and
diagnosis of robotic systems.
7. Robotics in machining technology.
8. Robotics in forming.
9. Robotics of arc and spot welding.
10. Robotics of assembly.
11. Robotics of surface finish.
12. Robotics in the foundry industry.
13. Applications of robotic devices in metallurgical manufactories.
14. Further directions and applications of industrial robots.
