Students
- will be able to explain the role and importance of management techniques in practice,

techniques, the use of management methods and techniques in practice and their benefits.
2. Methods and techniques for the support of top management; methods, techniques and instruments of
future development forecasting.
3. Methods and techniques for the support of top management; strategic planning and making decision of TOP
management.
4. Methods, techniques and instruments of effective production management.
5. Analysis and work measurement.
6. Methods, techniques and instruments to support the manufacturing process - logistics, maintenance.
7. Methods, techniques and instruments for effective administration.
8. Methods, techniques and instruments for information management.
9. The quality - the methods, techniques and instruments for working with quality.
10. The quality - the methods, techniques and instruments for working with quality - continuation.
