Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The goal is to explain to the students of bachelor study the problems of creation of technical documentation, according to its degree and use, in relation to the field of robotics. Students will be able to solve simple design and construct the components of robots.
Course Contents
1. Economic and legislative conditions for the creation of technical documentation.
2. Businesses in the technical documentation process.
3. Types of technical documentation. Classification by use, degree, etc.
4. Requirements of drawing technical documentation.
5. The design and text documents, the particulars. Computer-aided process of TD.
6. Introduction to design methodology.
7. Sources of information, laws, standards, catalogs, spec reading, computers.
8. The technological design.
9. Introduction of value analysis and optimization.
10. The planning process design work. CPM and PERT. Basic of assumptions for realistic planning.
11. Price and dateline . Basic assumptions for real planning,
12. Rationalisation of design process. The repeatability of components, use
transparent and universal designs.
13. Responsibility for the technical documentation for the constructor. Types of control TD. Supervise the implementation, change management.
14. Overall summary of course.
