Summary
The course provides basic communication skills for air transport
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students will learn basic information and skills with practical communication in air traffic
Course Contents
Radiotelephony and communication
procedures for departure
procedures to track traffic pattern
procedures for arrival and loss of concentration
Distress and urgency procedures
Shortcuts air traffic control, group Q-code, category reports.
Posting letters, numbers and time in aviation.
Standard words and phrases. Important terms meteorological information. Activities for flights (VFR).
Activities during instrument flight rules (IFR).
Procedures according to ICAO Annex 10 and Doc 4444 document.
