Summary
The subject covers knowledge of organization, management and economics of industrial enterprises, as well as its own production process. It explains a number of terms commonly found in managerial practice. In addition to gain theoretical knowledge, students will also try practical solutions to specific situations that occur in industrial practice.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Student
- will obtain theoretical knowledge of the issue,
- will gain practical skills in the solving of specific tasks in management and organization of production,
- will gain a wider view of the area.

1. Enterprise - position, mission, function, management system.
2. Organizational hierarchy and position of manager in organization, management functions.
3. Structure of production, spatial and time structure of production, production units.
4. Forms of production organization, organizational structures.
5. Decision making of production managers.
6. Planning, organization and control the complex activities.
7. Normative basis of the enterprise, organizational standards.
8. Technical standards.
9. Technical-economic standards.
10. Operative management norms.
11. Technical preparation of production.
12. New approaches to production planning and management.
13. Methods of rationalization.
14. Cost of business activities.
