Summary |
---|
The subject covers knowledge of organization, management and economics of industrial enterprises, as well as its own production process. It explains a number of terms commonly found in managerial practice. In addition to gain theoretical knowledge, students will also try practical solutions to specific situations that occur in industrial practice. |
