Summary
In the Atelier II, students will apply the acquired knowledge from the field of materials and technologies in realizing specific design proposals.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The goal is students with specific design problems and understand the design process system. They will apply suitably chosen working practices to selected projects of lower difficulty with regard to selected materials and technologies.

Course Contents
Project topics are selected to familiarize students with specific design problems and understand the design process system. They will apply suitably chosen working practices to selected projects of lower difficulty with regard to selected materials and technologies.
1. Introduction to the organization of Atelier II, information on General Requirements for Project Preparation, Project Demonstrations, Specification of the Theme and Sub-Objectives of the Project.
2. Submission of a proposal for a basic industrial or product project, including analysis of the issue of the product. Product area research.
3. Ideo sketches, outline basic ideas and solutions.
4. Correction and selection of sketches.
5. Advanced drawing designs. Begin creation of 3D models of selected variants for verifying feasibility in a tangible product.
6. Selection of the final design solution.
7. Creation of selected virtual 3D model.
8. Verification of ergonomic parameters of the model, correction of adjustments, approval of the final version or suggestions for revision.
9. Pre-production consultation of 3D model.
10-13. Production of the final model, correction of details, submission of the project.
14. Verification of projects.
