Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Der Studierende wird mit den NC-Maschinensteuerungen und den technologischen Möglichkeiten dieser Werkzeugmaschinen vetraut gemacht. They learn how to manually program NC machines, learn direct programming of CNC systems. After completing the course, he / she will be able to independently compile programs for NC / CNC machine tools, adjust tools and control CNC systems and machine tools.
Course Contents
Program of lectures:
1. Introduction to NC technique.
2. NC machine control systems.
3. Workspace and NC machine coordinate system.
4. Use of selected preparatory (G functions) and auxiliary functions (M functions) according to ISO 6983
4. Construction of the NC program and the procedure for its compilation. Graphical simulation of machining.
5. Tools for NC machines and their adjustment.
6. Programming of the EMCOturn 120 Lathe with Micronex Controller
7. Programming of the PC 155 MILL with the SINUMERIK 840D
8. Workshop programming examples in MAPS, Tool setting and DMG MORI SEIKY NLX 2500 lathe
9. EXAMPLES OF HEIDENHAIN Workshop Programming, Tool Adjustment and DMG DMU50 Milling
10. Presentation of programming using subroutines
11. CAM systems options
12. Creating a CNC program with help CAM turning software
13. Creating a CNC program with help CAM milling software
14. Introduction of other control systems
