Summary
The course introduces the student to advanced functions and systems of industrial robots.
- Multimove Programming (2x ABB IRB1200, ABB IRB14000 YuMi)
- Rotary tables and positioners
- ForceControl (ABB IRB 1600)
- PickMaster (ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker)
- Welding attachment (ABB IRB 1660iD)
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the course is to improve the acquired knowledge in the areas of industrial robot programming and workstation simulations.
The students will be introduced to advanced functions and principles, which they will use themselves to solve the given tasks.
Course Contents
1) Safety training. Explanation of individual tasks, way of work and evaluation of
outputs. Division of students into working groups. Work with teaching materials
and method of preparation for work at individual workplaces. Revision of
necessary theoretical foundations for solving problems.
