Summary
This subject deals with Human Factors in the aircraft maintenance that is required in the training for obtaining the AML license according to the European Aviation Regulation Part66. The course content is primarily a human performance and factors that set their limits, as well as social psychology, communication between people, human error or the aircraft maintenance workplace risks.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The subject´s goal is to achieve the necessary competencies focused on the issues of Human Factors in the aircraft maintenance and their impact on the system safety in the air transport.
