Summary
This subject pick up the threads of subject Technical experiment. The subject deals with a measuring of loading spectra, noise and vibrations of machines, especilly of geaborxes. The subject also deals with testing methods of a machines and of a machine parts from point of view of durability, and desing and operation of testing stands.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Learn measurement and evaluation of a dynamical physical values. Competention to review accuracy and applicability of mesured values for machine part calculation. Review influence of a noise and vibrations on a human.
Course Contents
1. Security training, LabView - development environment.
2. LabView - basic operation, window manipulation, debugging.
3. LabView - measurement environment creation, basic blocks.
4. LabView - file operations.
5. LabView - measuring cards, signal recording and analysis.
6. A / D converter, sampling frequency.
7. Recording of dynamic phenomena.
8. Types of signals their recording and processing.
9. Recording of load spectra.
10. Analysis and processing of data and spectra.
11. FFT frequency analysis.
12. Analysis of vibration sources using spectral analysis.
13. Vibration and noise in the workplace.
14. Advanced tensometry - analysis of plane stress, analysis of residual stresses.
