Summary
The course is focused on acquiring competencies in the field of logistics decision-making for the design of supply chains, in issues focused on decision-making in transport, conditions of logistics, humanitarian logistics, multicriteria decision-making, etc.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students will gain knowledge of advanced decision-making methods usable in logistics management.
