1. Definition of management - an interdisciplinary character, general classification of developmental stages, the control function of management.
2. Zero stage of the management.
3. The classical theory of management: scientific management - case studies - Taylor, Gilbreth, Ford, Bata.
4. The classical theory of management: Fayol, Weber, case studies.
5. The neo-classical theory - the interpersonal relationship management, case study.
6. Modern management theory.
7. A pragmatic empirical approach to management - Drucker, Peters, Waterman, case studies.
8. Present and further development trends of management.
9. Management system - management cycle, creating of an organizational structure, reorganization, case studies.
10. Strategy and tactics in management planning.
11. Organization and making decision in managerial practice, monitoring and control instruments.
12. Presentation semester project.
13. Testing of knowledges.
14. Consultation and grant credits. |
