The subject deals with description, application,safety and effectiveness of information systems a technologies.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students have knowledge the fundamental concepts of information systems, a list of categories of corporate information systems, basics of Business intelligence and their use for the analysis and presentation of business data, usage of electronic signature and data boxes, basic legal aspects of the application software, basic knowledge of project management of IT / ICT, knowledge of the principles and methodologies of ICT management, knowledge of trends in internet technology, identification technology and possibilities of their use in business practice.

3. Business Inteligence, data warehouses and reporting software
4. Corporate IT/ICT managements and methodics
5. Legal aspects of SW, license, ownership of data
6. Information security, risk analysis
7. Database systems
8. SW development management, methodology, development costs
9. Desktop publishing, word processing, basic graphics and typography
10. Internet - technologies and their use
11. Means of identification - biometrics, RFID, NFC
12. Electronic signature, data boxes, legislation in the IT / ICT
13. Effectiveness of information systems
14. SQL and its application for databases
