Summary |

Common principles of project management as effective tools for management of changes, that are applicable without respect to the branch. Introduction to the field of knowledge with the range similar to other specialized universities. Explanation of philosophy, tools and techniques of project management. After passing the course students will be able to propose, plan, prepare the project and manage the simplest projects. |

3. Project life cycle and management processes for a project.
4. Human resource and organization structures in project management. Project stakeholders, team and project manager.
5. Project initialization and definition, feasibility study and the selection of projects.
6. Project management plan (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, ...)
7. Realization, controlling, closing of project.
8. Logical framework for project management.
9. Project management applications.
