The course introduces students to basic concepts, theories and methods in the field of HR. |
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |
---|
Students will acquire the basic concepts, categories and theories of personal management.
The course focuses on the description and the explanation of basic approaches, methods, tasks and HR management activities, taking into account the modern trends in the field of human resources (introduction of new technologies, new types of communication, labor market diversity, changes in HR processes). |
Course Contents |

Basic functions and tasks of personnel management, planning and strategic management in the organization.
Communication and its importance for effective management (Industrial Relations).
Analysis of jobs.
Recruitment and personnel selection staff.
Introduction to organisational culture.
Mechanisms of adaptation in relation to organisational culture.
The role of the founder, respectively. leader in the creation, modification and transfer of organisational culture.
Create formal and informal groups in accordance with the vision, strategy and culture of the organization.
The formation of personality and employee use of personal potential employees for company development.
Education in the organisation.
Evaluation of staff.
Career Management in the organization.
