Summary
The course develops basic knowledge of designing technology according to relevant legislation and standards. Lectures are focused on the preparation of project documentation, the individual project level, the conditions for the operation of equipment, test equipment operation and commissioning into permanent operation.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Knowledge rendered after completion of the course: Students demonstrate basic knowledge of designing technology according to relevant legislation and standards which are necessary for designing, planning and permitting structures. Skills rendered after completion of the course: After completing the course, students will be based on their acquired knowledge, able to focus in engineering practice in the preparation of project documentation.
Course Contents
1. Preparation of project documentation, formulation of the problem.
2. Legislation in relation to industrial facilities, planning and permitting structures.
3. Legislation technical standardization.
4. Use of corporate literature in relation to design.
5. Levels of project documentation - investment project studies.
6. Materials for technological scheme.
7. Development of optimal design as a basis for detailed design.
8. Balance scheme.
9. Manufacturing planning.
10. Conditions for the installation, test operation of the device in continuous operation.
11. Modern methods of designing.
12. Practical examples - excursion to the design companies.
