Summary
The course is to introduce the theoretical basis for the processing of raw materials, namely the preparatory processes (crushing, grinding, sorting), the main processes that separate část productive and part waste (physical separation methods, physical-chemical and chemical processes) and ancillary processes (drainage, surface treatment, drying to the desired humidity).
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim is to characterize treatment processes of raw materials, namely preparatory, main and auxiliary processes used in the treatment of mineral raw materials.
Course Contents
The course gives students basic knowledge in this field of treatment of mineral raw materials (procedures, principles, technological devices, etc..) and related hydroseparation processes.
