Summary
Subject target is to introduce students with basic terms related to brownfield issue and also to explaine them socio-economic factors connecting with particular issue - with basic possibilities of financial means obtaining concersing brownfields restoration, with economic valuation of potential investment.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Knowledge proved at subject termination: knowledge of basic terms in concerned field and knowledge of relations on economic problems.
Skills proved at subject termination: ability of own opinions presentation and argumentation in particular field.

3. Feasibility study creation concerning brownfields restoration - substance of project and its stages, market analysis, technical solution of project
4. Feasibility study creation concerning brownfields restoration - environmental impact analysis of project. project management and human resources management, financial analysis of project and risk analysis (SWOT analysis)
5. Factors influencing brownfield restoration
6. Costs estimation concercing brownfields restoration
7. Socio-economic barriers of brownfields development
8. Demographical attributes concercing conditions of brownfields development
