Summary
Anatomical strucutre of plant, fungal and animal bodies: cytology and biochemistry of cells, plant and animal histology and anatomy.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Comprehension and knowledge of organism functioning, organism structures and microstructures.
Course Contents
The general hierarchy of construction and organization of organisms . Prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells . Plant and animal cells .
Plant tissues and tissue systems. Evaluation criteria and classification tissues. Mesh false and true, fencing deliv and durable mesh by function.
Tissues of animal species.
Circulatory system, nervous, urinary, skin, sensory, hormonal regulation.
Differentiation in the plant organism with the transition to land.
Morphology and anatomy of roots.
Morphology and anatomy of stems.
Morphology and anatomy of leaves.
Morphology and anatomy of the reproductive organs .
Morphology and anatomy of seeds and fruits.
Principles of Biochemistry - hydrocarbons such basic compound ( functional group Compound compounds biochemically significant reaction).
Amino acids , protein synthesis and protein metabolism .
Nucleic acids , enzymes, vitamins .
Biological oxidation (oxygen metabolism). Regulatory mechanisms and mutual mechanisms in metabolism. The metabolism of minerals.
