Summary
Students will be introduced to the basic concepts of a raw material industry, corporate finances and financial company decisions. There will be also discussed the financial analysis of business, its profitability, debt and liquidity and various intergration business forms and their financial aspects.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the subject is to present students to the industrial company, its financial decisions and the optimal financial structure. There are also described specifications of industrial and financial markets, their effects on corporate finances, sources and forms of short-term financing, working capital and its finance and the valuation of the industrial enterprises.
