Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the subject is to explain large complex activities focus on management human resources. In frame of subject student know to list and outline personal activities and then to application in condition of industrial enterprise. Also student will know how to prepare a propose of remuneration of staffs and how to organize activities leading to improvement relations between employees.
