Summary
The subject develops basic knowledge and skills in management. Interpretation focuses on project management, risk management and selected managerial tools. Students are also acquainted with the modern managerial aproaches and tecniques. The exercise deals with a project in which students learn teamwork and communication skills.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The student obtains the deeply and extensive knowledge of management. The student learn to characterize project and individual phase of project managament. The student learn also to formulate proposal of project. Student will be able the proposal analyse and to evaluate from economic and risk point of view. In addition, student learn teamwork and communication skills.
