Summary
At the beginning of the course, students are introduced to the development, style, functions and roles of management. The course also focuses on business and its legal forms in the Czech Republic, financial decision-making of the company and its optimal financial structure.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the first part of the course is to acquaint students with the development, style, functions and roles of management. The second part of the course is focused on business and its legal forms in the Czech Republic, financial decision-making of the company and its optimal financial structure.
