Summary
The course acquaints students with the issue of influencing the water regime of the landscape using equipment for irrigation and drainage. The main emphasis is placed on the identification of already built facilities, their maintenance and possible removal, together with the design of suitable irrigation and drainage systems for sustainable water management in the landscape.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- characterize, debate, discuss the issue of equipment for irrigation and drainage in the landscape (irrigation and drainage);
- develop your own proposal for the concept of drainage and / or irrigation of the area of interest;
- to defend one's own proposal of the concept of drainage and / or irrigation of the area of interest.
