Summary
Graduate of the subject obtains a basic summary of technical facilities, constructional solving of basic nodal points of objective mechanization and mechanical units, technology of earthy and building machines settings. Content of the subject are mainly earthy machinery – dozers, scrapers, road grader, shovel excavator, shovel loader, trencher, scarifier and so on. Further it are machinery for big earth movement - bucket wheel excavators, steam-paddy and shovel excavators and machinery for raw material adjustement and manipulation - crushers and mills, landfill machinery inclusive machines and equiment fort bulk and cement manipulation and machinery for concrete production.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Graduaete of the subject could be able oriented in the area of machines for earth movement and civil engineering. Will be able logically suppose and design machines and machinery in the given area for concrete application.
Course Contents
1st Chassis earth moving machinery - wheel chassis and walking.
2nd Chassis earth moving machinery - tracked chassis.
3rd Turn the earth moving machines - by design, the construction of power, performance
drive.
4th Drives and gears used in earth moving machinery.
5th Hydraulic shovel excavators - power analysis, stability, performance,
hydraulic system.
6th Dozers, skejpry, graders, scarifiers - power analysis, tensile strength, performance.
7th Shovel loaders - an analysis of power, performance, hydraulic system.
8th Dragline excavators and - power analysis, performance.
9th Compacting machines and machines for soil stabilization.
10th Lubrication equipment and lubrication systems.
11th Theory of drilling - vrtatelnost theory and disconnection.
12th Ergonomics earthmoving machinery.
13th Insurance authorities engines.
14th The focus of earthmoving machinery, stability, types of protective structures.
15th Complementary and auxiliary equipment earth moving machinery.
