Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The course focuses on processes that evaluate the environmental and economic efficiency of spatial and spatial planning tools as well as potential gains from political reforms.
Individual elements are analyzed and evaluated - relationships between land use patterns are explored. Relationships to socio-economic outcomes. Pressures on the environment in relation to political instruments. The subject is aimed predominantly on the urbanized area, but the landscape is marginally solved in the study.
