Summary
The aim of the subject is to prepare a professional and methodical bacground for the choice of the topic and successful completion of the diploma thesis in accordance with the topics listed. The student is trying to find a subject for the diploma thesis. Due to the different focus of diploma thesis topics and the specificity of the conditions of the individual solutions, the seminar takes place in the form of individual consultations according to the student's needs. Students learn to define the subject of research, orient themselves in information sources, carry out literary research, formulate the aim of the work and the expected results of the work. One of the results of the special seminar is the preliminary design of the topic of the diploma thesis and outline of the methodology of its solution.

1.To contact the organization chosen for the diploma thesis.
2.To collect information about the organization.
3.To define the problem to be solved in the diploma thesis.
4.To outline the diploma thesis topic.
5.To summarize the methodology used in the diploma thesis.
6.To learn methods and rules for successful writing.

-Introduction to a special seminar
-Types and selection of diploma thesis topic. Cognitive-intervention cycle as
basic framework for setting access to the selected topic.
-Diploma thesis and project work plan.
-The layout and structure of the diploma thesis.
-Search and excerpted the relevant literature.
-Refining the diploma thesis topic
-The methodology of obtaining and evaluating documentation and data collection.
-The methodology of solving design problems.
-Creative approaches to designing and writing the diploma thesis.
-Writing the diploma thesis. Styles of writing.
-Finalization and formal treatment of diploma thesis.
-Difficulties and barriers in dealing with the diploma thesis.
-Diploma hesis counsel.
