Students will get to know the basic moduls, which this software offers. This software product supports the Balanced Scorecard method, staff assessment by using the competency models and performance evaluation of the organisation such as.



Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The goal of the subject is to be able to solve the organization problems with using the Attis software support.
Course Contents
Systémové pojetí organizace. Základní pojmy. Informace, data, znalosti v managementu. Úloha IS/ICT v organizaci.

2. Charakteristika a struktura Attis produktů.

3. Organizační struktura, modely organizačních struktur v Attis.pm.

4. Personalistika. Modul hodnocení pracovníků Attis. mbo.

5. Řízení organizace. Metoda BSC a modul Attis. bpm.

6. Hodnocení výkonnosti organizace v prostředí Attis pomocí metrik.

7. Řízení výkonnosti v praxi – případové studie.
