Summary |

The aim of the subject is focus on critical factors of business included in Conception "7S" American consultant firm McKinsey. This conception, with world's reputable, connects access based on assessment, mutual conditionality and integrity meaningful factors success in managerial work too. Students will study these factors and discuss them. They are: strategy, structure, systems steerage, staffs, shared values, style of managerial work, skills and symbols, that comprises this conception. Organization culture is “nub” of integrity these factors. |
