Summary
The course is devoted to deepen knowledge on the theoretical framework of the principles and applications of project management methodology, focusing on the conditions of the grant management in the EU. The aim of the course is to acquaint students with approaches to project management in terms of the EU on the basis of methodologies of Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Approach and Cost-benefit Analysis. Students will learn about the requirements imposed in practice on creating a project proposal, analyzes of grant opportunities, feasibility studies, business plan, financial analysis and CBA of the project. Students learn the process of preparation and creation of project applications for projects co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds in all phases of the project cycle.
