Summary
Students gain knowledge about process management in the projects, methods and tools of the project management and then skills in the particular process procedures application in the projects in the link to their use and assets.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
To understand basic terms ot process management
To clasify differnt processesprocesses
To apply the process model, process measurment and monitoring
To propose process management use in the project, process optimalization in the project planing
Course Contents
* The basic concepts, terminology, process management, line and process management, process value
added
* Classification Process - Main (wealth), support and management processes
* View processes, process model, measurement and monitoring processes
* Process management in a project process optimization in planning and project preparation
* Process model (EFQM, BSC, ISO)
* Development projects and the process model, performance improvement based on process model
* Experience with the implementation of process management
