| Summary |

| During the lectures the students learn to orientate in the basic legal order of economics and business. First the y will acquired with law structure and basic theoretical terms, sources, of which the legal information can be pulled in order to orientate in positive legal regulations. The lectores do not copy law structure but are devoted more to economics and busines field, to which students allocate teh complex legal regulation. |

| Cílem tohoto předmětu je seznámit posluchače se základními právními předpisy, se kterými se může setkat v rámci své budoucí praxe v souvislosti s podnikáním a aplikaci těchto předpisů na praktické případy. Předmět je zaměřen jak na základní teorii o právních normách jako takových, tak i na legislativní proces, a především na seznámení posluchačů se základními právními předpisy v jednotlivých vybraných právních odvětvích (veřejnoprávních a soukromoprávních). Obsahem přednášek je analýza jednotlivých právních odvětví a jejich právních předpisů, se zdůrazněním stěžejních předpisů v souvislosti s podnikáním. Obsahem cvičení je konkretizace odpřednášené problematiky na základě vybraných problémů z praxe a následně hledání vhodných řešení nastíněných případů. Po absolvování tohoto předmětu by měl mít posluchač základní přehled o jednotlivých stěžejních právních předpisech souvisejících s podnikáním ve všech nejdůležitějších právních odvětvích v České republice. |

- legal regulations of public law and their impact on economicy and entrepreneurship I. (legal regulations of constitutional law, criminal regulations etc.)
- legal regulations of public law and their impact on economicy and entrepreneurship II. (administrative law, financnial law etc.)
- legal regulations of private law and their impact on economy and entrepreneurship I. (civil regulations, copyrights etc.)
- legal regulations of private law and their impact on economy and entrepreneurship II. (commercial law, labour law regulations etc.)
- trade licence and regulations connected to it
- accounting, banking, insurance, cooperative credit unions,
- selected present problems I.: „Švarcsystém“ and others
- selected present problems II.: changes connected to the new Civil Code
