Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim is to explain and practical examples show the importance of a process approach when creating software works. Students will learn the basic skills of processing user requests, process mapping and process simulation. In addition, students learn about the structure and use of methodological frameworks of ITIL and COBIT, with an emphasis on strategic IT management and service management and operations. Student passes through the phases of IT support processes to their simulation with the aim of understanding the impact of the economic indicators of the company.
