Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |

In the frame of this subject, students will be able:
- to describe a legal environment, to define the subject of regulation, to characterize a legal regulation and to name the basic kinds of regulation,
- to understand principles of public-law and private-law regulation and explain the difference between them,
- to use acquired knowledge to solve model situations,
- to recognize the problem in practice and match it with particular legal regulation,
- to explain the legal point of the problem in practice,
- to expound the legal regulation and to recommend possible solution in practice.

In the frame of the subject, the students will be able:
