Summary
To contribute to improving the students' physical condition.To develop students' locomotive skills and abilities by offering a range of sports.To acquaint the students with the methodology, techniques, and tactics of the chosen sort of sport.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1. to familiarize the students with the basic rules of volleyball,
2. to familiarize the students with the basic types of playing the ball, individual skills in volleyball (service, pass, set, offensive play, obstructing a player and picking the ball in the field) and their practical application in the game six against six,
3. to explain the basic aspects influencing this collective ball game,
4. to focus primarily on the best possible mastering of playing the ball techniques and game skills of an individual with the volleyball,
5. to explain the rules of the sport to make the students able to transfer the acquired theoretical and practical skills into the game.
