Summary |
---|
The aim of subject is to clarify the systematic and analytical methods and techniques to improve the performance of organizations in various business fields. It is used generalized experience of successful business management in parallel with the theoretical knowledge. Next aim - besides the acquisition of theoretical knowledge - is the practical skills of selected management methods and techniques. The aim from the students´point of view is to gain a survey of the management techniques, to clarify the background of the methods and techniques, to practically apply selected techniques and assess barriers of techniques application. |
