Summary
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the peculiarities of processes in business logistics, the ways of organizing and managing these processes and their impact on the economics of relevant organizations. After completing the course, students should be able to apply their knowledge to basic practical problems in the fields of business logistics.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1. Formulate the function, objectives and content of business logistics.
2. Categorize and describe the processes in business logistics.
3. Explain and compare various approaches implemented in business economics.
4. Map and asses the concepts of business logistics in concrete supply chains.
5. Examine the costs and economic effect efficiency of logistic stock management systems.
