Even during the summer break, FEI was far from empty. The summer months offered several activities for children, students, and others interested in technology.
Summer Schools at FEI

SUMMER SCHOOL OF CYBERNETICS, ROBOTICS, AND AUTOMATION
Participants got hands-on experience with microcontrollers, robotics, Python programming, cybernetics, and automation. The programs took place directly in the FEI laboratories, including the Smart Factory lab in the CPIT TL3 building.

BIP – BLENDED INTENSIVE PROGRAM
As part of the international BIP program, students from various countries also gathered at the Department of Telecommunications Engineering. They participated in an intensive specialized program combining in-person instruction with an online component, as well as the opportunity to share knowledge and experiences across countries.

SUMMER SCHOOL OF HACKING, PROGRAMMING, AND 3D PRINTING
How does electricity work? How are new technologies created? And what can you make with your own hands? Participants sought answers to these very questions during the Department of Electrical Power Engineering’s Summer School. In addition, each participant designed and built their own functional product, which they then took home.

The high level of public interest led to an increase in capacity, and as a result, hundreds of children and students participated in the Summer Schools. We would like to thank all the participants; we hope we have sparked your interest in technology. And we thank our instructors for their time, energy, and for sharing their expertise!
