Document in a digital format

Documents in a digital format are considered to be delivered to VSB-TUO, if they are available in the filing office. Documents in a digital format are available in the filing office in the following cases:

  • if it is in a format that corresponds with formats that VSB-TUO accepts in a digital format,
  • if it can be displayed by a user in a perceivable way,
  • does not contain any harmful code (by a harmful code there is understood any computer program that is able to cause damage to the computing equipment),
  • in the case of a portable data a medium, which VSB-TUO approves of when receiving documents in digital formats.

If VSB-TUO receives a document in an analogue format, which is incomplete or damaged so that it cannot be displayed, or to display a user in a perceivable way, or if a document is in a digital format that is not available for the filing office, but the name of the sender can be determined from this medium together with the data to contact the person, VSB-TUO will inform the sender about the defect and will determine further procedures how to eliminate it.

If VSB-TUO, in cooperation with the sender, fails to eliminate the defect, VSB-TUO will not process such document. VSB-TUO will also not process any document in an analogue format, which is incomplete or damaged, so that it is not possible to display it for a user in a perceivable way and at the same time the sender cannot be determined from it.
