The University International Office is responsible for:

  • Development of international cooperation including new partnerships with foreign universities
  • Co-creation of internalization strategy
  • Organization and coordination of foreign university visits, governmental and diplomatic visits
  • Organization and coordination of conferences and seminars on international topics
  • Recruitment of international students (self-payers)
  • Establishing and maintaining relations with agents of international students – agencies, embassies, consultants
  • Creation of communication and marketing materials including the administration of university English website
  • Making and administrating university agreements with foreign partner universities
  • Running the International Contact Point:
    • Information service for foreign students and academic staff
    • Assistance with visas, travels, accommodation, health care, banking facilities
    • General assistance regarding study at VSB-TUO
