The popularity of dynamic light systems in cars and illumination of advertising space have called for the development of a unique logics core applicable in the automobile industry, information panels, or advertising facilities. The technical solutions used so far had been assembled from a processor and many other supporting components. The second problem is that luminance must be modulated when using a high number of LED diodes, which means a high number of programmable modulators for the diodes or diode blocks.
Researchers from VSB-TUO have developed a unique method and device leading to a significant reduction in the number of supporting circuits and parts. Another benefit is the use of very fast optic effect related to LED diodes under a low number of supporting components.
