Summary
The aim of this subject is focus on critical factor of business included in Conception "7S" American consultant firm McKinsey. This conception, with world's reputable, connect access based on assessment, mutual conditionality and integrity meaningful factors success in managerial work too. Students will study these factors and discuss them. They are: strategy, structure, systems steerage, staffs, shared values, style of managerial work, skills and symbols, that comprises this conception. Organization culture is “nub” of integrity these factors. Learned knowledge and skills, the students will used in problem solving of critical factors.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students will understand the Repetition of last 20 years of 20th Century:
- the first half of 80th years: search perfection era,
- the second half of 80th years: thriving on Chaos era,
- 90th years: reengineering, development IS and new management systems.

They will analyze and evaluate present and future trends in management development:
- present trends in development single factors of managerial work and
management of companies,
- future trends: estimate of future development, experts opinion.

Will discuss the trends from experiences of companies (cases:)
- cases of companies, which determine trends in world's management
development.
