Summary |
---|
The course deals with fundamental aspects of investing through investment projects. Acquaints students with the investment cycle, the individual phases I and processes in them. Emphasis is put especially on the processes of preparation of investment projects.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |
---|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles of the investment processes in the construction of various phases and activities. Students completing this course will gain a comprehensive picture of investment activities, especially from an investor perspective, the engineering organization. They acquired knowledge can then be used as the processing of bachelor's thesis, and in the downstream course investment process. |
