Summary |
---|
The aim of the exercise is to increase the physical fitness of the students, to develop special physical skills and abilities, to familiarize with the methodology, technique and tactics of the chosen sport discipline. By developing physical fitness, have a positive effect on proper posture and healthy movement. Develop cooperation by engaging in collective game activities. |
